OUR STRENGTH

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Yamamoto’s strength stems from values deeply rooted within the Japanese culture.
It was born in a small merchant town of Japan and grew on the foundation of hard-working laborers seeking to build a better option for the industry.
Quickly the Yamamoto family realized that a well-cared for employee would produce a better-quality product.
They have stood by this mantra for many years as they continuously distribute the highest quality equipment on the planet.
They credit their superior designs, zero tolerance for error, and unique capabilities to the designers and laborers that help manufacture the machine.

MACHINE DESIGN

The machine’s design was formed out of years of industry experience and proven success.
The robust build incorporates the highest quality materials with the knowledge of industry experts.
This combination gives us the honor to distribute one of the world’s best lines of laundry equipment.

BENDING

To shape and frame the machines parts Yamamoto uses some of the most advanced robotic manufacturing tools on the planet.
Paired with extremely strict tolerances Yamamoto uses these machines to guarantee quality performance and satisfaction.

WELDING

Much of the welding performed during the assembly process is completed by one of several precise robots.
However, the remainder is tasked to skilled technicians and checked for quality assurance.

MANUFACTURING/TOOLING

Bolts, shafts, and the vast majority of other parts are forged in house. By doing so Yamamoto controls the quality of each part. Yamamoto does not allow for tolerance errors of even 1/1000 mm.Also, by performing these processes in house we can ensure quick service or replacement to aged machines without the delays associated with contracted partners. Yamamoto is committed to servicing their units with parts for the lifetime of the unit. Unlike most manufactures that discontinue parts after as short as 8-10years.

PAINTING

Yamamoto has recently adopted a new painting technique that prevents the use of organic solvents in consideration of the global environment.
The powder coating technology used helps resist corrosion and is rugged enough to handle constant chemical exposure.
Surfaces that are left without paint are typically formed of stainless steal for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.

ASSEMBLY

During the assembly process most of the work is performed by experienced technicians who do not allow for compromise.
For example, the wiring system that travels like veins in the machine is extremely intercut.
However, each harness is cleanly fastened and clearly labeled prior to the sale of the machine.
